Condo 57-4 El Dorado Ranch

  • Condo 57-4 is a cozy and spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch with plenty of places to kick back and savor every moment of your vacation. Gather around the 42" flat-screen TV in the living room with comfortable furnishings and stylish decor. Follow the spiraling staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find a guest room with a full bed and two twins (sleeps 4, with full bathroom) and a master bedroom with a king bed, casual balcony seating, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a glass shower, and a bathtub. The third bedroom downstairs is a guest room with a king bed and separate bath and shower.

    Outside, stretch out on pool loungers and enjoy the pool with a soothing spillover spa — the ideal spot to soak up the sun. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has bar seating for three plus a dining table for six.

    This San Felipe Vacation Rental includes in-house high-speed internet. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

    Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM. With so many ways to relax, you won't want to leave this wonderful home!

Husband reserved with vrbo And got confirmation. Upon arrival at San Felipe the property manager Eric and Andrés stated there was an issue with payment requesting my credit card. I showed him my confirmation email and he sent it to himself. 5 days later now that I am in the USA, I received a call at 9:30 pm from el dorado each asking for a copy of my ID so that homeaway can relase then the money. Andrés Nieblas asked me to take a pic of my ID and emailed him. Called vrbo and was told payment was dispersed to owners of the house. Alarming actions from property manager feel they want to scam me.
