Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra-large master bedroom with patio access, and a living room queen pullout bed.
The highlight is the rooftop deck featuring a wet bar, inbuilt charcoal BBQ grill, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler nights — all while enjoying 360-degree views of the Sea of Cortez and San Pedro Matir Mountain Range. Please note: this home has no pool access. Gated community entry with secure key card access ($50 refundable deposit per card). Monthly rentals available with utilities extra (electricity, water, propane, satellite TV). Check-in: 3PM-8PM. Late check-in fee applies after 8PM.
