Escape to this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachfront studio nestled inside the peaceful Percebu community, just outside San Felipe. Perfect for couples or close friends seeking peace, tranquility, and a little piece of heaven on the beach — this intimate retreat offers a truly unique Baja California experience.
Situated on a small private ranch with just 7 buildings — 5 rental homes, an onsite restaurant, and the owner's residence — this cozy studio features a queen bed for two and two single beds. A full bathroom is available inside the unit, with two additional poolside bathrooms convenient for rinsing off after the beach or pool.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to a community pool, a giant shared palapa, and direct beach access just a short walk from the studio. An onsite restaurant with dedicated cooks is always available, serving delicious authentic Mexican meals. Maintenance teams are on hand whenever you need assistance.
Please note this unit does not have a kitchen. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and essentials. Nearby grocery options in San Felipe include Calimax, Bodega Aurrera, and La Vaquita Market — be sure to stock up before heading south!
