"This is not a moan about the Neptuno Apartments but our timing on dpending 11 days in the middle of June Expecting a nice quiet relaxing holiday was spoilt by a lot of young adults acting like children. I know thats how they enjoy thereselves these days but did put a dampener on our time there. Other than that 10/10 Neptuno keep up the good work."

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."

"I’ve been staying at Malibu for the last 8 years on and off a few times a year. They’re always excellent in terms of customer service and the quality of the newly fitted premium rooms is usually good value for money. On this trip for 11 nights it was a real shame to be woken by construction work taking place in the apartment next door for 8 of the mornings. Staff indicated on the first morning that this would only be happening on that day and offered to move rooms…to the other side of the room where the construction was taking place. There was no mention of this work taking place at booking/check in etc and it left a bit of a sour taste on what is usually a wonderful and quiet stay tucked away from the chaos. I’d hope the team at Malibu consider this for future guests, nobody should wake up to the sound of power tools on holiday, not once, let alone 8 times!"

"Great property, clean tidy and friendly. The apartment was big, ckean and basically a perfect stat. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Very well looked after. Was further from the town and the beach and up a steep hill which wasn't advertised or anticipated. Taxis are needed. Ither that a wonderful stay."

"Fabulous hotel. Clean and staff were extremely nice . So close to both main area of Costa adeje and PDLA. Food with all inclusive was fantastic for all meals with a great variety to choose from . All food finishes at 9 which is a bit disappointing as we were rushed to eat when we first arrived but at least we got something. 2 negatives however lifts are extremely poor, waiting ages on them so if your above floor 2 it's a nightmare to get to the pool area. The heated pool is very deep and shallow pool was extremely cold. Only small area for younger children and adults that can't swim to play in. Overall a brilliant my hotel would recommend to families"
