"Communication and check in process was seamless.. The apartment was spacious comfortable clean and tidy.. Just be aware that there is virtually zero english television to watch and thr reception is patchyas the wiring is not the best..The wifi is very very good... The main issue for us is location it is very close to the main TF1 motorway so the noise can be horrendous.. The orlando complex itself is in a great location."

"Excellent communication from start to finish with Alex the property manager, my flight was an hour late so delayed my arrival but was no problem for Alex. He was efficient and professional showing me around the property and arranging check out whenever i wanted at end of my stay. The accomodation was was described in the description, i had stayed in the same complex before so chose the accomodation as a knew the area. The attitional cold air fan was a godsend as the fan from the main light...

"We had a fantastic stay overall. The apartment was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the lovely balcony was a great addition. The only issues we experienced were with the air conditioning. The bedroom unit seemed to bring in an unpleasant sewage-like smell whenever it was switched on, which unfortunately continued throughout our stay. The living room air-conditioning unit also started leaking at one point, but this was dealt with and fixed immediately. The reception staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Despite the minor issues with the air conditioning, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment."

"Friendly staff, good location. The apartment was well looked after and clean. There are many smallish swimming pools rather than one large one like some places which was actually nicer as they were more local you the appartment and less people. The only issue I would say is that if you have accessibility needs there are a lot of steps. Otherwise very happy with the apartment and service."

"Studio apartment was very clean and roomy. 2 single beds with double sofa bed. Daily cleaner visited. Ceiling fan ok but not great, can hire standing fans. Walk in shower, in clean bathroom area. Small balcony with table and chairs, small washing line. Overlooking street towards parque Santiago 4 and beach view to left (room 2007). Staff all friendly. Shops, bars, cafe and restaurants all within immediate area and within local area."

"We had an amazing holiday at Alua soul. Brilliant entertainment night and day, shoutout to Marco who was great fun! Room was lovely, very spacious and modern. 2 minute walk from beach and from a great supermarket. Food was very good and it changed every day. We went to Siam park, there is a free shuttle bus which takes 10 minutes, the bus stop is a 6 minute walk from hotel. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!"
