Cena da dimenticare!

L’hotel è in corso di ristrutturazione e le camere sono tutte nuove. Ma l’esperienza più negativa l’ho sperimentata a cena che non è stata all’altezza del costo di 25€. Ma quello che ha lasciato più a desiderare è stato lo scarso rispetto delle misure anticovid. Ho contato almeno 3 tavoli da 6 persone, molti ospiti si alzavano dal tavolo senza mascherina e ho dovuto chiedere la sostituzione della tovaglia perché il cameriere voleva lasciarmi quella sporca usata dal cliente precedente spolverata semplicemente con uno straccio umido imbevuto di disinfettante. Ristorante bocciato!

Mi sarei aspettato di meglio. Il ristorante è gestito da un terzo pecca però la poca comunicazione che dovrebbero migliorare infatti quasi il tizio che gestiva i tavoli non voleva farci sedere a cena.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung super!

Eine preiswerte und saubere Unterkunft auf dem Weg nach Kroatien. Die Lage ist nicht besonders, aber das stört für eine Nacht nicht. In Laufweite eine schöne und preiswerte Pizzeria. Das Personal spricht teilweise gutes Deutsch.

Das Hotel wie es sich präsentiert ist so wie es für ca. 70 € zu erwarten ist. Die Sauberkeit ist ok. Was super schlecht ist der Umgang mit mir als Gast. Es wurde Behauptet den Toilettendeckel abgeebrochen zu haben und mußte für diese Behauptung 50 € zahlen. Dieser Defekt war schon in dem Bad bevor ich es betrat, denn eine Bandrole war über den Deckel gespannt und als ich Ihn öffnete hatte ich den Deckel in der Hand. Des weiteren fiunktionierte weder Der Lüfter im Bad noch die Klimaanlage. Der Schlach zu der Handdusche war so geschädigt. das die Dusche aufhörte zu fließen, wenn diese umgedreht wurde. Darüber hinaus hatte die Tür zu dem Bad auf der Innenseite eine große Macke, denn diese stößt bei zu weitem öffnen gegen den Toliettenkörper. Somit hatte ich noch Glück, das ich nicht für die anderen Mängel zahlen durfte. Das Restaurant hat eine wirklich ordentliche Küche.

Camera 325 da dimenticare come camera doppia.... ho aperto la finestra a metà notte per scappare dal caldo e.... la finestra dava dentro la camera del vicino.... non all'esterno ma direttamente a lato dell'armadio del vicino con vista nel suo bagno. Mi ero fatto lusingare dalle recensioni ma evidentemente le foto e le recensioni non erano fedeli all'ala dove ho alloggiato io.

Inaccurate Information on all listings. Beware.

Most of what stated on booking is incorrect - No Free Parking and when shown Free Parking on confirmation they didn't care. Had to park rental in narrow street which I then worried about all night. Finally said late that night that I could park in their paid carpark. Air-conditioning didn't work and after continually being told they had fixed the temperature, they moved me to another room. Interesting that each time I went to reception that they were dealing with issue from other guests. Both my issues could have been resolved straight away especially when shown the confirmation re parking but they chose to argue that Hotels.com had it wrong. No manager available both days. Put it in writing with no response. Sent an email to them regarding something left in room again no courtesy of a response.

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura che secondo la descrizione dovrebbe essere un 3 stelle. Ci hanno messi in un tugurio, stanza 323, provare per credere! Non è una stanza, è un ripostiglio con bagno in cui hanno sbattuto due reti singole malmesse e che hanno avuto il coraggio di farci pagare 60 euro (+ 28 euro extra per la presenza dei nostri cani). I 28 euro dovrebbero servire in teoria per le pulizie extra dopo che in camera hanno soggiornato animali... peccato che la stanza, al nostro arrivo, di pulito non avesse neanche un angolo. Sulla mensola riposta sul lavabo c’erano i peli della barba di chi ha occupato la stanza prima e di quello ancora prima e di quello prima ancora. Una cosa stomachevole. Abbiamo ovviamente chiesto che ci venisse data un’altra stanza, ma la ragazza alla reception, la più scortese che io abbia mai conosciuto in tutta la mia vita, ci ha detto che la stanza era quella e che altre non ce n’erano. Siamo stati obbligati a dormire quindi, se di dormire si può parlare, nello sgabuzzino. Chiederemo il rimborso a expedia e se dovesse essere necessario andremo per vie legali. Abbiamo le foto di quella che loro hanno il coraggio di chiamare stanza e perfino un uomo che era di turno con la ragazza scortese e arrogante ci ha dato ragione e ci ha spiegato, risentito, che quella non dovrebbe essere una stanza da mettere a disposizione della clientela.

Abbiamo approfittato di un'offerta e prenotato una stanza con un prezzo scontato. Abbiamo naturalmente ottenuto una stanza vecchiotta, nel sottotetto e con un labirinto di corridoi da percorrere per raggiungerla. Letti scomodi. Tuttavia la stanza era pulita, per una sola notte, visto il prezzo pagato, va bene.
