    Guest Access:

    The home is for you to enjoy. It is the second and third floor of a townhome, and it also comes with a two-car garage on the first floor. The bedroom with the two queen beds is on the top floor, and the majority of the home is on the second floor.



    We have another studio Airbnb on the first floor of the townhome. It shares the same front door entrance, but the second floor is separated by another smart lock. Please let me know if you're interested in booking that rental as well.

The house was nice as far as the setup of the rooms. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed. The check-in information said if you are having guests to let them know ahead of time, which I did. Then to be told we can't have guests because of the rental property below. This was misleading as it made it seem that you can have guests over to visit. Updating this info to say no guest allowed should be added. The instructions on how to unlock the front door to building needed more details on how it worked. We struggled to open the door a few times because you had to hold the door in for it to unlock/lock. As women out past midnight in an unfamiliar town, this was not ok. I noticed a window had blue tape around it as it was holding it up together & the same tape across the microwave saying "out of order". So, of course, we couldn't use that to heat up food. The owners said they were not aware of it as staff didn't tell them, which is not a good look. When it was daylight, we could see the house needed a fresh coat of paint all over. With the stains on walls & areas where plants were left, it would make it more welcoming. The carpet on the stairs were dirty. Also, on the 3rd level bedroom, the AC unit should be looked at as it was about 10 degrees hotter than the lower level, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I believe that with some of these changes, the stay would have been better. Communication w/owner was good as they addressed any concerns we had.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! Host was very helpful and responded to questions immediately. Location is very convenient to everything and there are great restaurants in the area. We had a great experience and are planning to return soon.

Clean home great location!

The house was clean and located in a great part of San Diego! Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and Coronado Beach are under a 15 min drive. There are plenty of food options and a hospital within walking distance. I highly recommend this host and will use this listing again!

Hillcrest Happiness

My family and I had enjoyed our stay at this property in Hillcrest. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Restaurants and the grocery store were close by. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom with the convenience of a washer and dryer on site. My communication with the property manager was excellent; he was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place n location for our trip

The place is perfect for our San Diego family trip. It has plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The place is clean and everything looks like the pictures. Complete with everything we need. Good location to all the places we want to visit. It's near some hospital/medical center so will hear ambulance pass by from time to time. Check in n checkout is easy, the host is also fast to response, please keep maintaining n improving the place, will definitely stay again.

Christmas in Hillcrest

This property was just as advertised. The townhouse was spacious & well stocked with everything we needed for a great getaway. We were 2 couples & each had our own en-suite bathroom. The rooms were on separate floors which afforded good privacy. The house was close to restaurants and bars, as well as grocery stores. We prepared a great Christmas dinner while there. Communication with the manager was excellent. There is a hospital very close by, so you may hear an ambulance or trauma helicopter. That was not a big annoyance though. We would stay there again.

Ideal Staycation Location!

Had a great time here with my parents and their Westie over the Thanksgiving holiday. Plenty of room to cook, catch up, and our own rooms to nap as needed. 😆 Loved the fully stocked kitchen area overlooking the living room, as we watched the parade and holiday movies while I cooked. And the couch was so comfy, I fell asleep there more than once! 😴 The property managers were also super responsive before and during our stay. We definitely want to come back!

Nice space - just wish I knew how close the neighboring units were

The space itself was very cozy! My friends and I were there for twitch con, and having a nice place to relax and park our cars was very well worth it for the weekend. I only wish I knew how close all the units were to each other, as it felt that taking a step pretty much creaked the whole floor - but I’d say that did not detract much from our stay!

Birthday Weekend

My experience with this property was the best!! I went here for my birthday weekend and had a ball! This place was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Best parts about the house was the upstairs bathroom and kitchen!!! Property management had great communication and accommodations and even was able to help with near by location to see or eat! ❤️💯
