With a central location just a quick walk to the board walk and Mission Beach (5 homes away), a relaxing five minute stroll to Mission Bay, and the best local shops and restaurants around the corner on Mission Blvd, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Relax and unwind in the fresh ocean air on the ground floor patio area or soak up the sunshine and peek-a-boo ocean views from the second floor balcony. This spacious, upgraded three bedroom home is waiting to be your perfect base for your next vacation to Mission Beach!

We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs).
A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
This home can comfortably sleep 4-5 adults and up to 5 kids with a total max occupancy of 8. We do not allow more than 5 adults to rent this home.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

With over five miles of beautiful waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, and a variety of restaurants, there's something for everyone to enjoy. You won't want to miss Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, which was originally built in 1925 but has since been restored. Additionally, the park offers exciting attractions like miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. If you're looking to explore more of San Diego, Mission Beach is just a short drive away from popular destinations such as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Great location

We had a great stay at your home! Steps away from the beach and easy to get around. Master is on bottom floor, main floor is kitchen/family room and top floor is bunk room and another bedroom with shared bath. The house was well equipped and plenty of beach chairs for our family if 5. Minor issue with refrigerator that we were reimbursed for. Overall I would recommend!

A Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay at the Ultimate Mission Beach Vacation Home was absolutely incredible. This was, without a doubt, one of the cleanest and most well-appointed homes I've ever rented. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the Decore, comfortable beds, to the fully equipped and so well-organized kitchen.The location truly can’t be beat - just steps from the sand with easy access to the strand, amazing restaurants, and local attractions. We loved being able to take long walks on the strand, play games in the cozy living area, and cook meals together in the open dining kitchen area.This home made our beach getaway relaxing, fun, and memorable. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Thanksgiving San Diego Style

This was a great property… a perfect size and location to celebrate a Thanksgiving with my son, his fiancé and her immediate family! The kitchen was very well stocked, and the property’s open floor plan made it just right to share a day with family. Easy to take a stroll along the boardwalk another benefit. Great for kids, close to the beach & convenient location

We had a great time with both of my children's families, 4 adults & 3 kids. Two minutes walk to the beach & also quiet. House was perfectly equipped for a day at the beach. We walked with little ones to Belmont Park & neighborhood restaurants, and relaxed back at home in very comfortable rooms. A great stay.

Perfect house at the perfect location

Property is well managed with modern QR codes, emails, and text messages throughout our stay. Home is recently remodeled with bathrooms on every floor and garage parking. The main living space is the middle floor with plenty of space and a great patio for dining and relaxing. Beds are comfortable, property is clean. The outdoor shower is perfect when you return from the sandy beach. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Beautiful beach house with plenty of room! Delightful balcony with ocean view. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens! Beautiful Beach House!

Beautiful 3-story beach house with modern amenities and furniture in great condition. Super well equipped for anything you could need to cook and be comfortable. Our family of 4 plus grandparents had more than enough indoor and outdoor space. Only steps from the beach and some of our favorite coffee and restaurants, as well as a bike rental spot. Fit our 4Runner in the garage with some careful maneuvering. We will be back!!!

Fantastic property

Wonderful, well maintained property in a terrific location, steps to mission beach and bay. Easily accommodated 3 adults and 4 kids. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen modern and well stocked. Outdoor space was an added bonus. The Drift Management company (which rents a number of properties in the area) was very responsive— when the main TV suddenly stopped working, a brand new replacement appeared nearly instantaneously. A less apparent perk was the parking which accommodated a full size SUV parked at a slight angle. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun Stay

We enjoyed a great time at this property and most all we found as described on the website. The place was comfortable for our family of 6. The rooms were large with comfortable bedding. The kitchen is fitted with functioning appliances. We thought newly built is a bit of a stretch as you can notice deterioration in the form of carpet staining, blemishes on walls, stains on countertops and oxidizing of water lines. There are 4 bicycles, two of which as extremely rusted and unusable - we had to rent at the place next door. - I wish this had been disclosed before. After 5 years of visiting Mission Beach for the July 4th holiday, we have to say that we saved the best for last.

This house was awesome and had everything we needed as a family of adults and kids. The bunk bed room was a massive hit and the other rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The balconies were another added bonus and the location was unmatched. The proximity to the boardwalk/beach was perfect - not too close to the action, but close enough to enjoy easily. The street was quiet and having the garage was ideal! We hope to stay again, soon!

The house was fantastic and everything we needed.Beds and living room were very comfortable. Was worried there may be a lot of noise being so close to the boardwalk but am happy to say we didn't hear a thing. Garage was really great to have and made storing our vehicle and bikes so easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This Is A GREAT house for a beach vacation in San Diego

This is our second year renting the same house for a family vacation in San Diego. The house is great and perfectly located and equipped for time on the beach, walking to Belmont Park & neighborhood restaurants and shops. Outdoor shower for beach sand and plenty of room for beach and outdoorsy stuff, very comfortable, and our grandkids had a great time. We'll be back, and I'm not looking for a "better" place to stay. This was perfect for us.

Comfort, Convenience, and Relaxing Beach Vibes

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well-furnished home! It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped - from cozy beds to a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home easy when we chose to stay in. We also enjoyed grilling on the patio, ordering in, and walking to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Everything was all just a short walk away. The house fit our multi-generational family perfectly, with plenty of space for parents, kids, and grandkids to relax and enjoy. Steps to the beach, the kids enjoyed the boogie boards, the adults loved the serenity of the ocean, and the outdoor shower was a great touch to help keep sand outside. Our stay was very relaxing, and every detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The Drift Vacation staff were exceptionally professional, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Best CA Vacation ever!

This house was perfect! Beautiful inside and out! With four children in tow, I very much appreciated being so close to the beach, having toys avaliable to play with. I didn't have to stress ever about having fun while we were there. We all loved it! There was plenty of space. The neighbors were nice...I had a huge rental car. It fit in the garage, but was tricky to get in. One time I had an issue with the garage door closing and was able to get help from a worker at the neighboring restaurant. He was SO helpful! And said if I needed help again to just let them know.i was so greatful! I only needed to contact Drift Rental once, but they were quickly responsive and very helpful. We were sad to leave! But are all looking forward to coming again! :)
