    -Gym/Shared Amenities are on the 2nd floor. Cameras in common spaces like lobbies, elevators, garage, and amenity rooms.

    - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
