Sunny Golden Hill Studio

Your San Diego adventure begins at this cozy studio. Golden Hill is a charming neighborhood just east of downtown San Diego, is centrally located near several popular attractions like Balboa Park (2.5 miles) and the San Diego Zoo ( 2.5 miles) Gaslamp Quarter (1.5 miles), Petco Park (2 miles), Little Italy (3 miles), Seaport Village (2.5 miles), Coronado Island (5 miles) and much more! The space features a comfortable full bed, heating, kitchen, and WiFi for your convenience.

Please note: This unit shares a wall with another unit above. During the use of the amenities above, piping in the studio carries water sounds from upstairs. if you are highly sensitive to sounds and/or is a super extra special night for you and your guest, this may not be the right unit for you. This unit is best for those who are out and about and looking for a quick night or two to stay, and utilize the outside amenities. Also note, that this is a studio and thus the space is limited. My stay was great! The owners are very accommodating. It was a great location for someone who did not want to pay hotel prices for a conference.

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. Neighborhood was quiet. Parking was not an issue. And hosts were kind, frequently checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. 10/10.

Cute place well outfitted

This is a cute little space that has made best use of what they have. I was only there one night. Great fridge and freezer. Hot water. Great shower. Comfortable bed. You might want to avoid it if you are over 6 ft. The ceilings are pretty low. I'm 5'9 and had no trouble at all and I was extremely comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Helen and Daniel were great and kept in touch with me throughout the process. It's about 10-minute. Walk to a few shops and coffee and there's a ton of things within a 20 to 30 minute walk. Great Park nearby too. Didn't need it but there was a nice microwave. I wouldn't really want to cook there simply because it's a tiny space and it would be hard to clean up. It would be nice to have a drying rack even just for glasses. Otherwise outstanding and I would stay there again if I were in town for a short bit. Super cute neighborhood. I didn't use the outside space, but the table out there needed a quick cleaning. Internet was great.
