This unique place has a style all its own. This recently renovated Studio apartment is in Ocean Beach, California and has a small private fenced in dog friendly yard. We're conveniently located about two blocks from the ocean/sand. Dog Beach, one of the few San Diego's few beaches that allows dogs 24/7 365 days a year, is just a few minutes walk away. There are tons of bars, restaurants, coffee carts, and shops all within walking distance.
The space
This is a gated property with one other (like this one) opening into a private fenced off patio. The place is recently remodeled with faux granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and gated back patio. Please note that it is street parking only. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out prior to booking :)

Please note the address is 4971 West Point Loma Blvd. There is another unit directly to the right (west) of ours that has a similar address (4971 1/1 West Point Loma Blvd) so please make sure you are in the correct space prior to using the entry code.
Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

** Only guest(s) in the listing are allowed, no outside guest(s) or visitors are allowed at anytime without prior approval.

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

- Check in is after 3PM

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrive.
