The space
Complete remodel in 2020, hip, fun, and stylish. This townhome is part of only a 3 unit complex. This unit is the front unit with great access to the courtyard where you will find a Barbeque, outdoor dining, fire pit, and endless possibilities for people watching. Living space is on the main level with views of the bay, master bedroom, and bath on the second level along with the secondary bed, bath, and laundry. The third bedroom is at the entry-level.
Guest access
The entire Townhome and garage are exclusive to you. There is a 3rd parking spot available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The front patio is a shared space with the other two owners who live out of town.

Wonderful Location
My family and I enjoyed staying at the “Seas The Day On The Bay”. They have everything you need. I rent homes at least 6 times a year and this house was by far one of my favorites. The towels, beach towels, beds, bikes, boogies boards, outdoor patio, fire pit and lots more was amazing. Scott thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Love the easy check in and access to the property and only one remote for the TVs was a real treat. Most places have 3 remotes and it gets confusing. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back again!

Fantastic Stay!
We had a girls trip in San Diego and this place was perfect! Steps away from both the bay and the beach this was the perfect location. The house was the beautiful, spacious, and better than even the photos. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend to any friends and family traveling to Mission Beach.

Fabulous rental
The property was immaculate and as accurate as the pictures! Location is perfect. Has so much beach accessories chairs, toys, beach towels, bikes! Fire pit for smores and grill for hot dogs! Easy to use gas already connected to house! Plenty of space for entire group! Will definately book this property in the future!! Scott was excellent at communications.

Perfect Property
Can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental. Spotless, spacious, modern beach house. This house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend at the beach. Visited SD for college graduation with family and everyone agreed that this was the perfect house for us. Added bonus is the outdoor patio space with fire pit and BBQ. And a HUGE thank you to Scott who went to the house after we checked out to retrieve something I left behind. Communication couldn’t have been smoother. Don’t hesitate to book this property if you plan to visit San Diego!

Perfect getaway for families!
We had a great stay at Seas the Day! Everything we wanted/needed to do was within walking distance - even walkable for young kids. Scott provided great recommendations to ensure we had everything we needed for the kiddos and it was all set up before we even checked in. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Home
The home was amazing! One block from the bay, and even has a view of the water from the living room. The only issue we had was the gnats in the kitchen (nothing a glass of wine can’t fix), and having to clean the kitchen once we arrived, however we would definitely stay here again in the future! It was a great vacation home for our family (including 2 babies). Scott is great and quick at communicating and resolving any issues that arise.
