  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. In town for our son’s SDSU graduation. Stayed three nights with four adults. Bed was comfy, house was spotless. Appreciated the ceiling fans, ice cube trays, parking spot. Exactly as described!

Great location!

The San Dollar Villa was a perfect place for us to stay and visit our two sons! The location was great and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs, which was nice! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Pacific Beach!

Great Stay in San Diego!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, located in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego. Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were several restaurants within walking distance, which we took advantage of. The house is a short drive to the beach and not too far from other fun San Diego activities. I would recommend staying here! Thanks for a great vacation!
