*Pool can only physically be heated April-October using Thermal Solar panels. Temperature should hopefully be around 75 degrees during the middle of March (depends on weather)*

🛏 Spacious & Comfortable
This property offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds (2 are a bunk bed). There is a bonus bedroom that has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people. Another sleeper sofa in the dining room, which can also sleep an additional 2 people. The property can sleep a total of 12 people. I will also have a queen blow up mattress for added convenience for people who need more room to sleep compared to the couch.

Outdoor Paradise
There is a total of 5 pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the San Diego sun. In addition, there is a sectional outside under the shade. There is also an outdoor TV, so sit back and relax your favorite TV shows or movies while sitting outside. If you like outdoor dining, there is an amazing circular outdoor patio table with a fire pit for you to create memories with your loved ones.

Queen blow up mattress also available to add extra comfort for larger parties.


A 7-person hot tub is available year round.

To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, we have a strict no-party policy and quiet hours from 11 PM - 8 AM (Fri-Sat) and 10 PM - 8 AM (Sun-Thu) . Thank you for your understanding!

18 yrs in Japanese cuisine. preparing seafood products for sale by removing shells, scales, and bones as well as wrapping, weighing and curing of all fish bacteria.

Knowledgeable in vegetarian and vegan sushi.
Specialize in nigiri, sashimi, Hand rolls and Cut rolls. And hot food Japanese items.

Sauces are all made by Chef.
