SABBATH OBSERVANCE:

We observe the Sabbath and do not respond to inquiries from sundown on Fridays to Sundown on Saturdays. We will happily answer any questions you may have after the Sabbath. We look forward to hosting you!

*THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Smoking inside the premise is strictly prohibited, including the garage; A $100 air & fabric cleaning fee will be assessed for violations upon check out.

5 RECORDING CAMERAS located around the EXTERIOR of the house, but none face in any interior spaces, including the patio area of the backyard and NO recording devices are located in any area inside the house. The cameras were installed due to misuse of the house by a small fraction of previous guests which created extreme disturbances to our neighbors and neighborhood and in a few cases resulted in police presence. Our neighborhood is safe and the presence of the cameras is unrelated to any security or safety issues.

Bi-level house in quiet family-oriented neighborhood offers you a wonderful retreat! Renovated in 2019 it is equipped with modern amenities. Central to all of San Diego's attractions it's a perfect way to experience San Diego living, but still be close to everything!!

*Parties, events or gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

*Smoking in ANY are of the house is STRICTLY PROHIBITED; If guests smoke (limited to cigarettes. Illegal drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED) outside of the house, please extinguish all butts and discard in garbage receptacle.
