This spacious 650 Sq. Ft. (Interior), 150 Sq. Ft. (Exterior balcony) 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs Duplex is in the Heart of Pacific Beach. Just a short walk to bay (5 blocks) and beach ( 10 blocks). Just a few minute bike ride to the beach. Has been renovated with hardwood floors, vinyl windows and balcony door, hanging microwave, Trex Deck and new 60" Flatscreen HD TV with surround sound. Wi-Fi Internet, Digital AT&T Uverse HD Cable, personal deck encompassed with beautiful tropical plants, 2 fish tanks to entertain, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and Washer/ Dryer Onsite, Feel Free to pick fruit off of the plants growing onsite.

Please use any food items you would like. A wide assortment of teas, spices, chips and drinks are available at your convenience.

Also Included is lots of towels for just in case you need extras for the beach.

Walk just 1 block to a wonderful shopping center with ALL you could possibly need. Great supermarket, 24-hr convenience stores, pharmacy, fabulous restaurants, gym, coffee shops etc..

Downtown, The Gaslamp, Ocean Beach, Seaworld, Hillcrest, North Park, Old Town, The Zoo and Balboa Park is 10-15 minutes away. La Jolla is 1.5 miles away, and an easy bike ride to and up the coast!

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code.

No guests will be allowed on property without disclosure prior to booking reservation
For friend groups we require everyone in the group to be over the age of 25 and could not agree to more than 4 people total (incl. visitors).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Location was great. Although the property was ran by a management company who tried to call my phone as opposed to messaging through the app to get ahold of me. Also I had to fill out a separate online form and send a picture of my ID

Cozy, comfortable apartment for 1-2 adults

This 2nd story apartment is in an excellent location for restaurants, bars, and grocery shopping. Free parking was included which is always a plus in PB! It is near a major street, so there was some late night/early morning road noise when the windows were open. The kitchen was well-stocked, the TV services had many options for movies and other entertainment, and the property managers were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. As advertised, there's one bedroom and one bath, but the couches/sleeper sofa in the living room can provide additional sleeping spots. We just had one glitch when trying to use the expired lockbox code, but the managers quickly resolved it for us. I'd definitely stay here again and probably will, as we visit PB often to see our son. Oh, and there's a laundry room on the premises, with $1.25 each washer and dryer options.

We did not rent a car so location was great . Lots of restaurants and small eating establishments close by. We also called an uber a few times to go to beach and it turned out well

All the essentials

We enjoyed our stay. The location beside VONS, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Einstein’s bagels was perfect. The apartment had all the basic essentials we needed and thoroughly enjoyed being out on the patio in the sun. The beach chairs were a nice addition to our trip and greatly appreciated. We had our kids with us so didn’t get to use the bikes available but certainly would have if it were just the two of us. A decent walk or approx $6 Uber ride to the beach. We loved Pacific Beach and will be back. Luke was professional and quick to respond to emails and assist with all questions that we had. Thank you.
