No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier.     Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Great location for easy to get everywhere you want to go in SD. Very nice and quiet place to stay. Only recommend adding another fan even possible window fan to get the air flowing. No need for ac just another fan. 5 stars all the way

Great place to stay. The property owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the area since she's a local. The room is inviting with a comfortable bed, and it's incredibly close to Ocean Beach. My only complaint is that some of the local insect life likes to wander in, so beware if you aren't used to that, given it's close to the ocean. Though they were more than willing to help with the problem at a moment's notice.

Very cute and clean studio. We loved everything about it. The walk to the beach and Newport ave was too far though. We ended up driving everywhere which was less than ideal.

The property was perfect for my wife and I. The only thing I would look for next time is air conditioning. I couldn't cool down the room as I couldn't get the breeze blowing in the windows. The location was awesome. Lots of options for night life and restaurants, but still a quiet area - and a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach.

Cute place as advertised. Check in no problem, parking not bad, only had to move the car once for street cleaning, walked everywhere we wanted to go. Open windows for the sea breeze sounds great until you hear every sound. I've stayed in OB several times and I'm used to the airplane noise, it just gets a little annoying having to pause a movie at night every 5 minutes for take off. And God bless all the firefighters, especially the ones half a block away. I'm sure the couple screaming F U at the top of their lungs have worked things out. The place is great, noise canceling headphones highly recommended.

The Breeze cottage was perfect for a quick getaway. The decor was cute, the shower had good water pressure, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable - I could have stayed there all day. Check-in was super easy. When I didn't get the directions from this site as expected, communication with the host was simple and fast. Everything was so clean and tidy . Walking distance to many food options / grocery store right across the street . Beach is a 10-15 minute walk . Room is a little warm ! But the weather is so nice. And they do provide room fans . Also they have a screen door so we just crack that open with the windows and the room is perfect . You are neighbors with people who also keep their screen doors open but everyone was so nice and kept to themselves .Parking is on the street . So you have to find a spot but it wasn’t too tricky .Would stay again , great location .

We were always able to find parking in front of place or across the street. Very small, but has a refrig., stove and good shower. Considering the location, it is affordable.
