400 sqft Studio unit, fully furnished with queen bed, living room, smart TV, kitchenette including coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, pots and pans, kitchen essentials and full fridge. Bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink and spacious closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. You will have access to a side yard where the washer dryer is located and private back patio. 10 min walk to downtown Adams Ave with many restaurants, bars and shop. Less than 3 min to the 805 or 15 highway to get anywhere in the city!
