Newly Remodeled Condo - Close to Everything!

This second floor Manhattan Shores condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation. This unit is close to everything, the bay, ocean, restaurants, shops, Belmont Park, Sea World and more. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen with top of the line appliances, living room, washer and dryer. There is also a pullout sofabed in the living room. Plus this unit comes with two outdoor parking spots!

This unit can also be booked with the downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit called Manhattan Shores #2. If you have more people then right across the walkway also on the second floor is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit called Manhattan Shores #1.

Great location and spacious for families

Stayed for a week with my wife and 4 kids. Lots of space for everyone and great location steps from beaches, a short walk to Belmont Park and many restaurants.

Id stay again!

Location is perfect! Property is in a narrow part of the strip so you can see both the ocean and the bay. Being on the bay side you do have to cross the street but the cross walk is 1 street up. House has almost everything we needed. Only kitchen con was no cookie sheets, spices,oils. Luckily Ralphs is a mile away and we were able to get what we needed. Beds/ pilllows were comfortable, there was enough towls and extra blankets. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. There were beach chairs which was a bonus for us. Outside the shower was perfect and the private balcony with grill was so wonderful. Only things I wish we had was a mop, I think a swifter would be a great addition to this unit. Overall I'd recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. The outdoor shower was perfect and we loved the parking size. We would definitely stay again!

Place was great. Lots of room and space to spread out. Location is in the middle of Mission so everything is very walkable. The place was clean and communication was great. The extra parking comes in very handy as well. Would stay again.

Nice place close to ocean and bay

We were there during a San Diego heat wave. The house was quite hot. The fans were helpful. You might consider air-conditioning if the heat waves keep happening. Also, there were only 2 forks for 4 people, and maybe 3 spoons. there was no frying pan except for a very tiny one.

Property was in a great location. Nicely kept, but the kitchen was not really well stocked. More towels were needed for 4 adults. Washer worked, but dryer did not.
