This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV.
There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub
The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower.
The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts.
Full size clothes washer & dryer..

Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.
Disclosure: There might be some occasional construction nearby. If so, you could hear noise during weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We've discounted the rate to make up for any inconvenience

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays

This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these prior to reserving the home. There is a security camera located outside of the home viewing the deck entrance.

Nice beach house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was neat and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. It's a very short walk to the ocean beach on one side and Mission Bay on the other.

60th Birthday Trip

A week-long stay which was perfect for a family of four. Steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants. The property contained everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise, the trip was great.

Feels just like home!

We felt right at home! House is well stocked, from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms! The host could not have been any more supportive and responsive! It is a great location, close to both ocean and bay. The small garage is a bit of a challenge, but after a couple tries at parking our compact rental, it was quite easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property, great location

This amazing cottage was steps to the ocean and just a couple of blocks from the bay! It was spacious and very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a week's stay at the beach! We loved enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the spacious deck, with a view of the ocean! The proximity to all of the shops and restaurants was an added bonus as we didn't bring a car. This is a property that we will certainly rent again in the future!!!

Perfect Place to stay

This condo was so cute. The perfect size for just a couple of people or up to a family of people. It was clean and walking distance to everything including the beach. Morning walks on the boardwalk are a must. People are out walking their dogs, surfing, exercising or having coffee with the sunrise. My friend and I loved it and recommend it to others.

Great for families!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! You can't ask for a better location...the elevated porch provides a constant view of the beach and ocean (plus there is an upstairs patio), the strand way and beach is less than a minute walk away, the house is very family-friendly, there are lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids beach toys, etc,...the list is endless. The garage is a bit snug to park a vehicle, but it can be done! We truly enjoyed our stay here! Erin was a wonderful host. She always responded to my questions immediately :)

Family fun

Such a fabulous location that was perfect for our family vacation! We all loved being so close to the beach, no need to pack into a car daily which would have been a nightmare. The kids loved the bunk beds. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller garage but luckily we did rent a very small compact car. The other car we parked on the street and you just have to be patient to find a parking space just a few blocks away. Wonderful memories were made by all!!!

Perfect place!

We vacation in San Diego every year and this has been our favorite house so far. Loved the location and view of the ocean. My favorite part was the upper patio where I drank my coffee every morning and watched the waves. The listing is accurate and looks like the pictures. We will be back!

Perfect Spot.

This is a great option for a small family visit to San Diego. The house was clean, has two well-stocked full baths and beds were very comfortable. My daughter loved the “hidden” bunk beds. We didn’t cook, but kitchen had everything you would need. I really appreciated the coffee that was available for guest use!Walkable to so many options, but if you choose to have a car (as we did) parking was very manageable. We couldn’t fit in the garage, but never had trouble finding a spot on street nearby. If you get lucky there is a spot on alley right next to the house!Views of the sunset from the upper balcony were stunning, too!

Great SD getaway

This was such a wonderful little place to stay with perfect location. It is less than one block to the beach, which is absolutely amazing. It’s close to everything including the airport. I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter and my mother, and we had a blast. The place itself was very clean and was even fully stocked for kids with dish ware and toys. It was perfect for our family

We loved this place. Beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. Beds were comfy, there were tons of things inside to use at the beach. House has books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes boogie boards. Will definitely stay again when i return to san diego.
