All 9 groups on Air B and B have stayed at this home, and they all loved it and left all 5-star reivew. It's surrounded by over 50 miles of natural walking/running trails! Short walk to the world-famous Zoo, San Diego culture center, and Balboa Park. Walking distance to many fun bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants. Minutes' drive to all San Diego beaches and the airport.

    3 big new bedrooms with one king bed in the master and two queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms . 2 new full bathrooms, one offers a bathtub/shower combo, and the 2nd one offers a big walk-in shower, TV in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms as well as in the living room. High-speed WiFi for streaming. A custom new kitchen with quartz countertops and top quality stainless steel aplliances, new AC/heating & indoor laundry, and onsite free parking!

Our entire experience with this property and this host was exceptional!The home was decorated so well and reflected the charm and history of the property and neighborhood .All the comforts of home and hospitality were provided. We appreciated the attention to details and welcoming attitude!Instructions and information were timely and accurate.The host was available , responsive, and involved throughout our stay. This charming San Diego rental immediately feels like home. Its cozy, welcoming atmosphere made our stay so comfortable, and it even reminded my 80-year-old aunt of her grandmother’s house in Santa Barbara. The old-fashioned wood details, beautiful floors, and inviting window seat give the property a lovely, nostalgic character.One of the standout features is the dedicated parking spot. Even with two cars, it was easy to swap them in and out, making coming and going completely stress-free. The location is also a huge plus—just minutes from the San Diego Zoo and other nearby attractions.Inside, the home offers plenty of storage and thoughtful touches. While we didn’t cook during our short stay, the kitchen appeared well-stocked with all the basics, and there were enough plates and silverware for the three of us for four days without needing to run the dishwasher.The bedding and towels were impressively soft and spotless, adding an extra level of comfort to our stay. Plus, a variety of restaurants and food spots are just a quick four-minute drive away. This property is perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and memorable getaway in San Diego.
