  • Welcome to Kansas Modern, (named after the street it's on) a place where luxury and adventure go hand in hand. Designed by local Architect & Developer Beri Varol, this brand new mixed-use community is located in the heart of North Park.
    This ground floor apartment features a private bedroom and semi-private sleeping loft, each with a queen bed. The apartment is in the heart of some of San Diego's most exciting new and established restaurants. The kitchen is also fully stocked if you'd rather prepare a meal at home

A Gem in North Park

Beautiful modern but cozy condo in the heart of North Park close to everything. One minute walk to grocery and coffee shop steps away. Very well equipped with everything I needed to prepare a nice dinner for my daughter and friends. Bed was incredibly comfortable. A/C was great! Very very fast response from host on a quick question. Big closet and being able to do laundry there were great!

Last minute booking in a nice little spot

This place was great. Everything was clean and had all the amenities for our family. We were next to all the restaurants, shops, and bars but still tucked away from the rowdiness.

We were comfortable and couldn’t be happier about the location. There was a delicious coffee shop literally 20 steps from the apartment and Von’s was around the corner.
