Check-in: after 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
•Registered guests only (max occupancy applies)
•Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•No smoking inside (that includes the balcony). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•NO PETS ALLOWED
•Respect the Space- report damages right away
•No Extra/Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking
Checkout: remove trash, load dishwasher, lock up

AWESOME!! The condo itself was clean, very comfrotable, stylish and centrally located in the Gaslamp Quarter for restaurants and entertainment. The gated parking garage was a bonus! Our host was the best!! We had responses to questions immediately. Perfect for 2 couples traveling over the Christmas Holidays
