This new 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1520sqft multi-level luxury townhome was completed in 2015, and is located in the heart of Pacific Beach just 4 blocks from the beach and steps to Garnet Avenue restaurants and shops. This townhome includes a spacious rooftop patio with fireplace. All furnishings and decor, including outdoor furniture, were hand-picked by a professional interior designer to offer coastal-modern appeal. This townhouse can accommodate up to 4 adults and 6 guests total.

This townhome is packed with everything you'll need to feel right at home, including for the kitchen (kitchenware, cookware, dishware, cups and utensils, coffeemaker, toaster), living room (Smart TV with Hulu and ESPN+), bedrooms (washed and folded towels and linens), and more!

New central A/C unit was installed in May, 2019. Also, each bedroom has a high powered, remote-controlled fan.

This home is conveniently located just 15 minutes from San Diego airport, and close to just about every tourist attraction in San Diego, including:

- Seaworld (10 minutes),
- the San Diego Zoo (15 minutes),
- Old Town (10 minutes),
- La Jolla (10 minutes), and
- Little Italy/Downtown (10 minutes).

Please start the dishwasher at least 1 hour prior to departing. Gather all trash and place them in the trash bin in the alley (code is 5150, push up on lock and then pull down to unlock)
Turn off all lights and make sure doors and windows are closed and locked. Make sure that the gas on the grill is turned off if used.
Place all used towels in the laundry closet on the lower level.

Great place in great location

Loved our stay here. We went for a fun girls trip, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. Location is a short walk from the beach and Pacific Beach restaurants and bars. The property manager was always quick to respond and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend!

Adult Family Trip

Great location. It was quiet, though close to restaurants, stores, and the beautiful beach. Was the perfect layout for 3 generations of adult family members. We would definitely stay again if we are visiting San Diego.

The best location

We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Each bedroom is on a different floor, nice privacy. The location was amazing, walk to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Everything was very clean with lots of extra towels, etc. Checkin and checkout was straightforward. Easy drive to beach and restaurants. Would recommend!

Wonderful location for San Diego adventure

This place was a great stay for my family and mother in law. Bedrooms were on 3 different floors, which was great for us. Loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Place was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet while we were there - could imagine that weekends in the summer could be very busy in this area

Great location, well maintained!

My two brothers and I dropped in for a weekend to catch our favorite baseball team play the Padres. The location was great! So close to the beach and tons of restaurant/bars. The house itself was excellent with plenty of space to hang out and comfortable beds to sleep on. I would definitely return to this home next time I visit San Diego.

Girls trip

This property is in a great location and offers all of the amenities anyone would need for a wonderful stay. It is close to lots of stores (Trader's Joe) and new our favourite restaurant, Costa Brava. Manager Lacy is incredibly helpful and communicative, and the property is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend.

Clean and nice, great location

The condo was very nice, and also clean. It is close to many restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions. Nice master bedroom balcony with gas fireplace!

Quick family getaway

Took my older kids to San Diego for a quick trip and we had a great visit. This property was good for my older 21+ kids and my teens. We will definitely return. We were close to everything and the property was big enough for 6 of us. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how easy it was to walk to everything.

We booked this VRBO because it was close to the venue of a Celebration of Life we were attending and had no idea it was going to be in such a great location! There were fabulous restaurants, shopping, and the beach was just a short walk. A car rental was not needed. The house was clean, spacious, and adequately supplied. We would definitely stay again!

Amzing

This was the second time that we have stayed at this VRBO in Pacific Beach. The location is perfect. The townhouse is clean and has everything that you might need. Lacy, the property manager is extremely responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Overall fantastic condo!

This condo fit our two small families of 3 perfectly.m a bunk beds for the kids and a private room for each adult couple. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was clean. The walk to the beach was an easy 4 blocks, and there are a multitude of restaurants close by. Only complaint was nighttime noise - car alarms, people in nearby condos, that sort of thing. Regardless we would stay again. Thank you!

Great Family Stay 4.5*

Amenities were as listed, but it is definitely not new. Comfortably housed myself, my husband, 2 kids (5&7) and our adult nanny. Great location walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I think the house cleaners are in a rush when going through the property. Because of that, 4 stars for cleanliness. Sheets were clean, toilets were clean. Floors didn't all feel mopped. And there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen. Property manager was incredibly responsive and was willing to come out to correct the issues we had. 5 stars for everything else.

Quiet, comfortable, roomy townhouse in fun Pacific Beach

My husband, adult daughter (on brief break from med school) and I really enjoyed our stay here. There’s plenty of room to spread out, beds are comfortable, and living/dining/kitchen area is great for family meals, games, and TV. I’m a super light sleeper and get grumpy when I’m on vacation and it’s noisy. The townhouse was extremely quiet and I only heard music/sounds on Saturday night, which I think were coming from a car on a nearby street. Lacey was great to communicate with and let us check in a couple of hours early. House was well-stocked with everything for cooking, comfortable living and beach (although winter weather and unusual California storm kept us off the sands this time). It was fun to walk around the neighborhood, which is filled with restaurants and shops. Only a few blocks to the Pacific Beach Boardwalk. Short drive to La Jolla. Great find!

Everything was exactly as described!

Lacy, Property Manager, was super easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described. The location is about .5 miles from the beach. We enjoyed the location and having so many things within walking distance. The only time we used the car rental was for the other attractions; USS Midway, Sea World, Zoo, ect.... All that were within 15-20 min from the house. The bedroom arrangement worked out perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids (3,7,9). The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, main floor has a bedroom with a full and a twin bed and a half bath, and the top floor has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. Bonus features: It has A/C and ceiling fans, and a full size washer and dryer. We had a great experience and we are glad we decided to book this VRBO instead of a traditional hotel room.

Enjoyable place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. At first, I thought the 3-level house design would be a little daunting, such as to lug our stuff up to the 2nd floor kitchen. But it actually worked out well. On the bottom (entry) floor, there is a decent size bedroom and large bathroom, and a washer / dryer, so we could easily leave most of our "extra" stuff there. The staircases had a simple to navigate design so it was no problem. As a bonus these is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor. The kids really liked this house because of the staircases. The kids/bunk room is on the second floor with the kitchen, which worked out well. Some people may not like the proximity to a busy street, but we didn't have any noise issues. Also, it was a 2 -block walk to a restaurant that was open around midnight (great because our plane arrived late). The next morning I got up early and walked 1 block in an alleyway to get to Sprouts market! Sprouts is a full-size, clean grocery store with a decent organic selection, and a range of pre-cooked foods. And vegan ice creams for those so inclined. Also the people there were really nice. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It was beautiful and we loved staying here!Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We loved having the collapsible wagon to carry all of our things to the beach. We would recommend this property and would stay again if make it back to San Diego.

The condo worked perfectly for us. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The condo was well supplied. Be prepared for lots of stairs and to wait for hot water. Those minor in conveniences were not a big deal.
