Welcome to Jersey Court Jubilee, we hope to host you for your visit to San Diego! Please read through our detailed description below to learn more about the property and booking terms.
When rented together, this duplex is one of a kind on the San Diego vacation rental market! Great for a multi-family vacation, bring your kids with their friends, the combined cottages sleep 12. In the quaint and historic part of Mission Beach, these homes are conveniently located off of Mission Blvd between the tranquil bay and ocean surf!
PROPERTY LAYOUT: The front unit all three levels face the patio and entrance is in between level 1 and 2, this property requires you to climb stairs! Level 1: At ground level, you will find the 2 garage, bedroom 1 (queen), bedroom 2 (1 queen and 1 twin) , guest bathroom, and the laundry units. Level 2: Take the stairs up to the second floor and you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. Level 3: Continue up the stairs to find the master bedroom (king) complete with ensuite, double closets and private balcony with peaks at the ocean!
The back unit: Level 1: Garage, Laundry Level 2: On this floor you will find the living room, dining are, kitchen, guest bath , and bedroom 1 (queen) Level 3: The second floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two twins with an ensuite bath. The hallway between the two bedrooms has balcony access. Bedroom 3 is the master with a cal king bed, ensuite bath, large closet, and private balcony.
EXTRA LUXURIES: Your relaxing vacation begins the minute you walk in the door! It is fully equipped for vacation fun, we provide you with beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels! Bike and Boating Rentals are just a few blocks away.
Both units come with a 2 car tandem garage, so you have 4 parking spaces total! Each unit has washer and dryer in the unit and updated kitchen fully stocked for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. The living rooms are each equipped with a smart flat screen TV.
After an amazing day on the sand or thrilling rides at Belmont Park you can head out to the large patio for “dinner alfresco” and grill up on the outdoor BBQ and relax on the comfy outdoor furniture!!
THE LOCATION: Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Nearby Belmont Park has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! Just blocks away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach!
Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county`s most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment!
There are plenty of taxi cabs in the area, as well as the local bus system that makes stops frequently. We always suggest Uber or Lyft as your most convenient mode of transportation! There are also several bike rental shops up and down Mission Blvd. Or your feet can do most of the work in this small community!

BOOKING TERMS: Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees. These non-refundable fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and typically range from 3.9% to 4.7% of the total transaction amount. There is no grace period for Credit Card fees. Once booked credit card fees apply and can not be refunded.

Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.
NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy: Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.
If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater. If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost. Guest is responsible for all damages.
Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.
Check in / Check out: Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee.

The Jersey Court beach house is the best we have stayed at on Mission beach. We rented both units and had plenty of space for all our family. The location is perfect and very close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants.
It was clean and well stocked. The A/C worked great. We barbecued on the grill and ate dinner’s on the nice patio every night.
The only negative to this house is all the stairs.
We highly recommend this house and will definitely be staying here again.

jERSEY COURT VACATION 2018
THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND GREAT LOCATION. MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. CINDY VELASQUEZ WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND MET ANY NEEDS I HAD.
It was nice, property manger was great. Only problem was having someone show up saying they had a appointment to look at the home didn’t care about that. We have never been able to look at a place to rent with VRBO
Or extended family of 16 stayed in both the Jubilee Condos. We LOVED the location, had plenty of places to sleep, and i personally appreciated the fully stocked bath towels. Usually Vrbo's skimp on bath towels, but not here. The stairs were a lot, but we laughed when we'd forget which way the exit is. It brought a fun memory to our stay. The kitchens were stocked pretty well, even for kids and appliances worked as needed. Oh and the ample swim towels and boogie boards were well used. Thank you for such a comfortable and memorable stay!
The home was very nice and close to the beach. Our entire family enjoyed having their own space. The patio and BBQ were perfect. Our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys. What a plus to have chairs umbrellas and towels. We all voted to make this a place to return to.
Plenty of space for our extended family. Very well appointed kitchen and household supplies were plentiful. Lots of beach equipment. When one beach chair broke, a brand new one was in front of our door within hours. Everything we needed for a great family vacation. Thank you Cindy!

The perfect getaway home
The property was in a great location. The patio gave our family privacy with the surrounding fence which was very nice especially in the evening when many were sitting outside of their houses as well as people walking by. We had 16 people between both properties and we all fit comfortably. I did go buy a twin air mattress so my 8 yr old daughter could sleep in our room with us as we were on the top floor I didn't want her on the pull out sofa alone. All rooms were spacious especially with an air mattress we still had plenty of room to walk in our room.
The beach towels, chairs, umbrellas came in so handy aside from one of the umbrellas wouldn't pop up so we shared the shade from the unit I was in. Plenty of boards to use for all of us and beach toys for the younger kiddos. We coouldn't have asked for anything else for our beach time. The patio has a hose to get all of the sand off which was very convenient.
Grilling was easy with a spare propane tank available as we ran out of propane the 2nd night. All of the cooking utensils were available for the grill. I did go buy bigger tin containers to use before and after grilling for our flank, ribs, hamburgers and hot dogs. The pots and pans were all used and perfect. The only thing I wish we had was a hand mixer for mashed potatoes and a crock pot aside from that we had everything else we needed.
The house was clean and well maintained. We had more than enough bath towels to use for all of us. The washer wasn't working properly after a call to the owner they had their maintenance man out the next day to make the repair. It took him 15 minutes replacing a part and testing to make sure it was working properly. So pleased with their accommodations and the service we were given. I would definitely stay here again the location was perfect, parking was excellent and the beds, couches were all so comfortable. The best thing was having bathrooms for each of our families so we never had to wait to use a bathroom or take a shower as one was always open.

Perfect Mission Beach Vacation
We rented both units for our beach vacation this summer. We had 7 adults and three kids in the group and this place had room to spare. The place seems to be fairly new and well constructed. Everything was in excellent working order and very clean. Both units were well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and all of the goodies. The grill was new and worked great. One of the units is a tri-level and has lots of stairs. Expect your calves to be sore if you are chasing kids up and down; also worth knowing if you have little ones that might fall. Overall this is the nicest place we have ever rented in Mission beach and I have been going for 40 years.

We rented these dual townhouse for our annual family vacation, bringing together three families totaling 6 adults and 5 children from 16yrs to 5 yrs of age. The homes provided adequate space for us to be together and yet enough separation for our comfort. Beds are comfortable, linens of good quality, kitchens adequately supplied though not uniform. Homes were well maintained and clean. The 4 space parking was wonderful to have, and the fact that the property faced a court instead of a street was a real positive. We walked to both beach and bay daily for fun in the sun. The patio provides nice privacy.
Cindy checked in with us and responded if necessary regarding our questions.
Renters should be aware that properties include lots of stairs-this allows for lots of space and separation--as well as a workout.
We would not hesitate to rent these units again.
