disappointing

had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking.

We booked this property with the understanding it was going to be on Island Ave that’s where the map roughly showed and after booking that’s where the address indicated. The day of the check in information never arrived I called at 4pm to see what was going on and getting through to the host was a challenge. The recording says to message them through the app only yet orbitz has the contact host button that leads you to a number to call them. Ultimately after 30 minutes of back and forth and after being told there was no free parking we get the check in information for a completely different address that was not where we anticipated. When I first booked it was between this and a hotel I went with this location because it seemed closer and then the address changes, this was horrible. I was meat with a well do you want the property or not response when I protested about the “free parking” advertised and now they were saying it was an error and they don’t offer parking. Parking in San Diego ranges from $20-$55 !! When we arrived in the apartment it was dirty I have pictures and the patio door didn’t lock the views are of dirty apartment and empty lots, beware booking this place!
