This brand new, gorgeous three story home is in North Park, a neighborhood known for its trendy restaurants, boutiques, and musical nightlife. All within walking distance. Ten minute drive from the airport, five minutes to Balboa Park, 10 minutes from downtown (Gaslamp), Sea World, the zoo and less than 15 minutes to the beaches. It is an incredible location, central to everything in San Diego.

Be aware of stairs

This is a nice newly renovated condo. Beautifully decorated. Be aware there is a very steep long staircase from the garage to the condo no elevator. Inside the condo there is a equally long staircase to both bedrooms as well as the rooftop. Unfortunately this was not listed in the description when we rented the condo. We traveled with our elderly parents so this was extremely difficult for them. Would be a great place for young adults as its located by restaurants bars etc. We would still suggest you look at the neighborhood before staying there. Its not the safest. Not compatible at all for elderly people or anyone with any rype of physical disabilities due to the long steep staircases.

Great House - Highly Recommend

Really enjoyed our stay - house really felt like a hike away from home - modern and clean home in a great location. Host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend !
