The Space:
Welcome to this beautifully restored 1920s Spanish-style bungalow in the heart of Ocean Beach - a cozy and character-filled retreat just a 15-minute walk from the sand. Take in ocean views on beautiful clear and sunny days! With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a balance of vintage charm and modern comfort, this single-level home offers a warm and inviting stay in one of San Diego’s most beloved beach neighborhoods.

Step inside to a welcoming living space filled with natural light, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace that sets the tone for relaxed evenings. A small desk provides a comfortable spot to catch up on emails, get some work done, or enjoy a quiet moment with a book. The kitchen, bright and functional, includes everything you need for a comfortable stay - complete with a drip coffee maker, pour-over setup, and a supply of coffee, cream, and sugar to get you started. Just off the kitchen, the dining nook comfortably seats four and offers a cozy setting for shared meals.

The two bedrooms each offer a queen bed, natural light, and a peaceful setting for rest and recharge. The full bathroom provides standard amenities, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience for extended stays.

Step outside into your private, fully fenced backyard - perfect for enjoying San Diego’s sunshine. Whether you're grilling on the gas Weber BBQ, dining al fresco, or lounging under the stars, this outdoor space offers a true taste of coastal living, with a laid-back beach-town vibe that invites you to slow down and stay awhile. From the front porch, take in glimpses of the city skyline and catch the seasonal SeaWorld fireworks in the distance.

Please note: This home is located beneath the San Diego airport flight path. It has been upgraded through the Quieter Homes Program with triple-paned windows that significantly reduce interior noise. While the interior remains quiet with windows closed, some airplane noise may still be heard when windows or doors are open or while enjoying outdoor spaces.

Guests have access to a private driveway located behind the home via the alley, as well as additional street parking in front. Comfort is ensured with central air conditioning, a wall heater, and portable plug-in heaters available in each closet.

Up to two pets are welcome during your stay. With its dog-friendly atmosphere and nearby Dog Beach, Ocean Beach is the perfect place to bring your furry companions along for the fun.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
