  • Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Home Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Rolando/SDSU College Area. The home offers a very comfortable living room, two small bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Jeannette's rental has everything you need for your stay. It was cozy and comfy! We appreciated the large fenced in yard for our 2 fur babies!

Cute property with a great backyard!!

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

Quiet & Convenient

This house was the perfect location with great amenities. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. We easily made trips to the beach and to the zoo. Highly recommend staying here.

Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable home! Comfortable, family friendly and dog friendly too. Jeanette is a wonderful host. Excellent communication! The location is great, close proximity to SDSU, and only a short 15-20 min drive to the beach and downtown.

Stayed here to send our daughter off to SDSU. It's very close to campus in a great location and plenty of space for our family. The house was comfortable, exactly as pictured/expected. We will definitely try to book this property again when we come back to visit. Jeanette was very responsive and helpful - great host!

My son and I stayed here while on vacation. Jeanette was seriously the best host. Super friendly, easy communication, and has the best house. Super close to everything, quiet neighborhood and the house has everything. Only downfall was, that our vacation had to end and we had to leave. A+++++++

Great house near SDSU

This house was perfect for a family stay to drop our son off at SDSU. It had everything we needed and I enjoyed having coffee in the private backyard. The host was responsive and communicative and I appreciate her compassion about dropping off our child at college for the first time. Thank you!

Cute little house in quiet location

The 3 stars for location is only because im from san diego and el cajon blvd can be iffy once the sun goes down however the house is far enough off the blvd that i didnt feel worried.The house was the perfect size for our little family and accommodates pets well with a nice sized fenced in yard.Great central location short drives to the beach or mountains. The beds were SO COMFY too. Host was very responsive and accomodating which was nice as we've dealt with no so nice hosts before.

Rolando getaway

This is a quiet and convenient two bedroom house; Von's shopping center, Smart and Final and several restaurants are all within walking distance. San Diego State University is also close as are major thoroughfares and Highways 94 and 8. House is on dead end street, and has a covered back patio area to sit in and enjoy the birds and bunnies in the yard.

Weekend Getaway

The house was great and my dogs LOVED the backyard. They had so much space to run around. The house was clean and ready for us before check in time. Jeanette was a great host and was quick with responses. The neighborhood is quiet and located near many stores and restaurants. Just what we needed

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and needed to find a place that we could stay with our dog. Nice Cottage

This small home is cozy and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry equipment, and a nice backyard and patio area. The location was about 20 - 30 minutes from the waterfront (all dependent on traffic). A shopping area is in close proximity. Jeannette, the host did a great job communicating and making the check-in and out process seamless.

Amazing! Can’t Wait To Come Back!!

We are so happy that we found the perfect place to bring our dogs so we can enjoy time with our son who attends SDSU. Super close to the campus, stores and restaurants. Perfect location. The host, Jeanette is very responsive and was very helpful. Amazing host. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed watching them have fun. Fantastic Place for Dogs

We needed a place that was dog-friendly, with a secure yard, no carpeting, and in a quiet neighborhood. Jeanette’s place ticked all the boxes and more. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Access to freeways was easy, and downtown was only about twenty minutes away. Jeanette was very responsive to questions. We’d definitely stay at her place again!

home away from home

we take a trip every year to san diego and our first time in tjis specific house. It has to be the best short term rental we have ever stayed in! our dogs were so comfortable and accomodated especially with the beautiful yard and our 3 year oldkept saying how much he loved this home! thank you so much! maybe see you next year!
