☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the Living Room under the thermostat. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are

Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of room for our large group and plenty of kitchenware for everyone. It was an excellent place to stay - spotless and well-maintained, and we will book another stay again.
Table tennis was hardly playable due to poor condition of paddles and balls. There was not a single good ball or paddle. The spa had so much chlorine, some clothes were ruined. Grill was annoying to light due to hanging igniter, and toilet paper holder fell off. Other than that, the house was beautiful and perfect for our stay
House is ideal for two families or any combination of adults equally 10 people. I loved the floor plan. Two bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds that sleep two and a futon), a spacious kitchen and eating area along with a comfortable living room with a couch that easily can sleep 1-2 people. The backyard offers lots of different seating options and is great for eating, lounging, and playing ping pong or cornhole. The neighborhood is residential but just blocks away from access roads to wherever you need to go. I would highly recommend this property for families or adults with plans in San Diego.
