- This charming bungalow was built in 1958 and has 2 bedrooms with a door in the middle (a little funky), 1 Bathroom and shared laundry. There is a private backyard . Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a couch in the living room.
*Please note, to access the master bedroom, you will need to walk through the first bedroom from the living area
Balboa Park is also within walking distance. If you haven’t heard of this gem, it is truly magnificent. The cultural center of San Diego, Balboa Park is home to the San Diego Zoo, acre after acre of gorgeously landscaped gardens, 17 different art, culture, and history museums, several performing arts venues, and a lot more. You can spend an entire week here! And one of the Park’s entrances is just a half-mile from your front door.
