    Other Things to Note:

    Access & Arrival

    🐾 Pets Welcome

We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets with a one-time fee of $45 per pet, per stay. Food bowls, treats, and waste baggies are provided for your furry companions. Please use the sidewalk or grassy areas along the street for potty breaks—the patio is not intended as a pet bathroom. Any additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

    ✈️ Airplane Flight Path

Like many neighborhoods surrounding Downtown San Diego, Golden Hill is within the arrival flight path of San Diego International Airport. To help ensure a restful stay, we provide a sound machine in the bedroom as well as complimentary earplugs.

    🌿 Property Care

Casa Pasión is a small four-unit residential community with a unique layout: a duplex at the front of the property and a second duplex at the back. Casita Violeta is located in the rear duplex and shares one wall with neighboring Casita Frida, another Home Sweet San Diego rental.

I also live on-site in one of the residences at the front of the property, so you may see me coming and going, working around the property, or caring for the garden. Your casita and private patio are exclusively yours during your stay, while the laundry and garden area are shared spaces for the community.

Weekly groundskeeping takes place on Fridays, and I also care for and water the plants throughout the week as needed. As with any small residential community, you may occasionally see or hear neighbors and other guests during your stay. We simply ask everyone to be thoughtful and respectful of one another.

🤍 A Home Sweet San Diego Stay

Casita Violeta is part of the Home Sweet San Diego collection of family-rooted boutique rentals, thoughtfully designed around the people, places, art, and stories that have shaped our connection to San Diego. These aren't simply places to stay. They're homes we care for and are grateful to share with our guests, with the hope that you'll experience San Diego through its neighborhoods, history, creativity, and local way of life.

*All Home Sweet San Diego properties are properly licensed and operated in accordance with City of San Diego regulations.

I want you to feel right at home while you're here. You'll enjoy a private, self-check-in experience, but I'm always just a call or text away if you have questions, need recommendations, or anything comes up during your stay.
