Beautiful and Cozy Home by Fashion Valley

Nice cute home, centrally located, newly remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a big backyard, BBQ available, direct park access from the backyard, 5mins from down town San Diego, 10mins from Beaches, SeaWorld, Zoo.

Master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom with big italian shower. The other bedroom has one queen size bed and a separate guest bathroom with tub shower. Nice Living room with soda bed (full size) and a couch, with dinning area, big flat screen TV. Big kitchen area with kitchen island and all appliances micro, oven, fridge, blender, gas cooktop...
Very comfortable, quiet, household environment. Hardwood floor with comfortable family room.

The land has 2 detached studio with tenants in the backyard. Both are very discrete and reserved. No interaction with the house. Private and separate entrance and yard. Shared washer and dryer located in premises.

This house is amazing. It is perfectly located for anything you want to do in San Diego. We visited the zoo, numerous beaches and more and all were easily accessible from here. Most within 20 to 30 minutes with traffic

We loved our stay at this house! It was extremely clean, exactly as described, and a great location. *neighborhood park behind the house did have some broken glass, just something to be cautious about

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was clean and a perfect home base to explore San Diego. About 15 minutes or so from the airport. Had everything we needed. Communicate with owner was quick and she left info on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The house is very comfortable--looks just like the photos. Even though it's very close to everything, it's in a very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely return if we have another trip to San Diego!

Met all our needs!

Place was perfect for what we needed and in an extremely convenient, central location. The closet full of toys was a nice touch and kept the kids occupied. Owners were very responsive. Would stay again!

Good place to stay

It's a nice little house in a quiet older (post wwii) neighborhood. Centrally located with easy access to all the freeways. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was great, as was the laundry. I never did completely figure out the thermostat, but it was warm enough for the winter week we stayed. The TV is huge.It's my 2nd favorite VRBO in SD, but a lot less expensive than my #1. My wife and I both would happily stay here again.

Beautiful house and location

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful. We were able to walk down to the playground area behind the house, but wish the path there had been a little more cleared out. Otherwise, everything was fabulous and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Awesome location and extremely family friendly!

The description of the place was spot on! Location was perfect for what we needed. Less than 15 mins to Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Approx 40 minutes to LEGO Land. The house had everything we needed plus more.. communication with the oweners was fast and prompt. Perfect for a family with 4 adults and 2 kids. Would highly consider staying agian for a future trip to San Diego. Thank you for hosting us!

The house worked well for us as a home base while we attended a conference in town. Check in was easy and it was clean! The queen size bed was not very comfortable and it would have been nice to have some extra throw blankets for the living room. (We visited in November and it gets chilly at night!)

Contemporary Mecca

If you like cities, this is Mecca. Situated in LindaVista it is in the center of the city: about 8 minutes from the intersection of zHighways 163 and 8.We were minutes from Balboa Park and its museums and USD, a medium sized Catholic College on the bluffs overlooking the city and the ocean.The kitchen was spacious and well appointed with large windows looking out to a residential street. Tha bedrooms afford privacy and comfort.Altogether an urban delight.

Much as pictured and described. MANY PLUSES: great location, beautiful; very well thought out and equipped, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, great hot water, fabulous laundry room/appliances, much-appreciated off street parking behind a gate, friendly neighborhood, mid-week trash pickup; ok TV (Netflix access available but we didn't bother); extensive clear guidance and instructions, priced well. MINUSES: All solvable. We had initial hiccup with contacting owner re accessing property; it was dark and we misunderstood location of keypad. And we encountered a few roaches in the kitchen (trash, stove, oven), so kept our food in fridge and cooler we brought with us during our stay. Both issues reported to owners so they could be addressed. Owners took note and advised they had fumigation service. Overall a good stay.

Perfect Central Location

I'm a San Diego native who was visiting for the first time in 10 years and this was the perfect homebase for the week. The house was cute, the neighborhood is quiet, and the park access was lovely. The only very minor issue is that some of the wiring is a little wonky and the tv signal stops working if you turn on the light switches in the master bedroom and living room. Not a big deal since we didn't spend much time watching TV!
