This is one of a kind, multi-unit property. You will have 3 units at the same location. Each has a separate entrance, yet all under the same roof. There are 9 real rooms with 11 real beds(by "real" I meant no air-mattress, or couch or floor matt acting as bed ,or any temporary bed ) and 5 full bathrooms in total. There are 2 King beds, 5 Queen beds, 2 Full beds and 2 twin beds, in the total of 11 beds.
The composition of the property is : Unit A: 5B3B, Unit B: 2B1B, Unit C: 2B1B. So you and your family/group have privacy yet together at the same time.
