    The Space:

    This opportunity to rent two side by side units seamlessly connected and intentionally separated when needed by soundproofed double doors. The first suite is a large, open floor plan 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with state of the art finishes, design, and appliances. The second accommodation is a separate studio with its own full bathroom, full kitchen. and everything needed for its own independent, while connected, stay. High speed WiFi and cable TV on all smart TVs.



    Guest Access:

    You'll have uninterrupted, private access to both entire spaces and Washer and Dryer. The home is equipped with Smart Locks for easy check in/ out and no keys to handle during your stay. You'll receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your check in.

    Other Things to Note:

    This is two of three full apartment suites located side by side in the same building. This is the front suite and middle in the building. The units are connected by sound insulated, locked doors so that they can be rented individually or together.



    Please note that there is some building construction near the property that could cause some noise during the day. Additionally, our convenient, close proximity to the San Diego International Airport does come with plane noise.
