"Sunset waves is exactly as described. Three bedroom house on the beach. Clean, well maintained. Robin and Vicky answer all questions promptly and are helpful. The next door neighbor is the caretaker and is helpful. One of the bedrooms-with the twin bed, has the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is behind the kitchen. Both bathrooms have a shower. "Nice location but property needs big upkeep. Many furniture ítems were broken or in bad shape. Pool pump was not turned on until we were leaving. Very dirty. "
