Casa Colibri (Hummingbird) is a beautiful, modern, luxury home only a short walk from the beach in the stunning Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort.
this spacious home has a large kitchen and living area with flat screen TV and three large bedrooms. The deck spaces are enormous on both the first and second floor providing beautiful shaded outdoor areas and views rarely offered in the same home!
- The home is solar powered and though it creates enough power to easily power all lights, fans and appliances when used with common sense, abuse of the system may result in a temporary loss of electricity until the solar system can recharge.
