Very nice hotel in excellent location a couple of blocks from the city center. Staff was friendly, grounds were immaculate, and the room was beautiful. We felt so safe that we’d sleep with the sliding door completely open. Would definitely stay here again

Charmant !

Très bel hôtel chargé d’histoire. Le réceptionnistes vous fait visiter les lieux et vous raconte l’histoire de la famille qui a fait construire cette maison. Chambre absolument charmante, salons avec cheminée, objet historiques répartis un peu partout. Un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville sans aucun doute.

The hotel, was very spanish . very family Orientated, Beautiful Gardens, I would recommend trip to Canon del sumidero Chiapas . Beautiful views , Boat ride was a 2 hour trip, well worth the money.

Es un casa antigua que se ve que fue remodelada pero manteniendo la forma original. Hay fotos antiguas en toda la propiedad y da la sensación de estar haciendo un viaje al pasado. Esta muy cerca de museos y del centro.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue casi perfecta. Las instalaciones impecables, la habitación cómoda y bien equipada, y el servicio en recepción fue muy atento y cálido. Además, ofrecieron servicios turísticos a buen precio, lo cual fue un gran plus. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el restaurante dejó mucho que desear. El servicio fue demasiado lento, incluso cuando solo había dos mesas ocupadas. Tardaron más de 45 minutos en servirnos un simple desayuno, y la actitud de la cocinera no fue amable. Este detalle afectó una estancia que, de no ser por esto, hubiera sido excelente. Aun así, el hotel es muy recomendable, pero el servicio en el restaurante necesita mejorar considerablemente.
