San Clemente Modern Beach House

  • Bright, airy, well appointed beach house, short walk to beautiful San Clemente beach, trails, park, pier, unique shops, world class restaurants, cafes. Has all the amenities you need from a vacation home away from home. Full kitchen with ocean views, spa-like bathroom with Brodell Swash toilet, master bedroom also has ocean views, second bedroom has attached balcony, sip wine have coffee on the second floor balcony that has ocean views as well. Great friendly neighborhood. Wonderful location close and central to everything San Clemente has to offer including outlet shops, golf, pier fishing, swimming, surfing beach, train stop. New Building built 2010 with ole’ Hansen architecture, only 3 units in building. Parking in the building, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas provided.
