  • Welcome to the perfect Southern California beach town get away! San Clemente offers a safe, charming open arm community. My 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is stylishly designed with top notch furnishings & the most comfortable bedding. Walk to the beach and downtown filled with great shops and restaurants! Everything is there for your needs!! Enjoy the outdoor deck overlooking a natural canyon with an ocean view. This listing is first time to be offered, please see my other property reviews
    SMOKING POLICY. No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property-both indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in an immediate $500 fine, the cost of professional deep cleaning, and immediate eviction without refund.

    No loud parties, or loud music. Gas and electric are capped at $400 a month combined.
