We’ve got a Pack N Play so your baby can live like a local (but hopefully not with a surfboard yet). Extra sheets, comforters, and pillows are ready for any spontaneous nap attacks.

You’re one of the lucky few staying in a beach property with central AC/Heat! No more sweating through summers or shivering through SoCal's brutal 60-degree winters.

Forget circling the block – we’ve got you covered with a private garage and a driveway spot. The garage is big enough for your car, but maybe not your surfboard collection (garage width: 8 ft, height: 7 ft). Street parking? Totally doable, but keep an eye on those signs.

We spent three perfect days in San Clemente. Unit was well furnished and easily walkable to the bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the farmers market on Sunday. Hot was very responsive, and all of our needs were met
The property was a nice little place. It had all the things needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Thanks for letting us stay with Dave!!
Place was clean and tidy.
Drive a big pickup so parking was tight, but we didn’t have to park on the street which was nice.
Location is decent- not too far from anything.
Very easy check-in and clean up. Dave was a great host and the property was clean and in a great location. Really enjoyed our trip

Stay away unless you have no other options
A dismal filthy small unit that is completely unkept. Unusable backyard and in a very noisy area. The bathroom is completely unusable. I’ve never seen anything like it honestly. The bathroom sink comes up to your thighs (I’m 5’ 9”). The place is overrun by gnats and spiders. My teenage daughters were horrified. Dave should be ashamed and embarrassed to promote “Staying with Dave”. His moniker should be “Staying in a Dump”. Definitely NA on this property .
My son is stationed at Camp Horno so we came to stay the week and wanted to be close to base. San Clamente was the perfect place to stay and our accommodations were terrific! Walking distance to beach, the cutest local shops, and restaurants. I will most definitely be back!
