EL LUGAR PERFECTO PARA ESTAR EN EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD

Departamento en el centro de Bariloche, amueblado en estilo nórdico, totalmente equipado, y muy confortable para 2/4 personas. Posee ambientes amplios y muy luminosos, con una excelente vista al lago Nahuel Huapi.

Con todos los servicios, internet, TV por cable, Netflix, etc. Living completo con todas las comodidades, calefacción, dos TV de 43¨ y 49¨ SMART FULL HD, wifi en todos los ambientes , sillones, cocina completa con vajilla para 6 pax, todos los servicios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Dormitorio con aire acondicionado frío/calor, colchones c/sommier súper grandes, y un baño grande c/bañera.

El cargo de limpieza es por estadía, y se paga una sola vez, Independientemente de la cantidad de días alquilados, e incluye la provisión de ropa blanca de cama y baño para cada pasajero, con un recambio completo cada 4 (cuatro) días, por todos los días que dure el alquiler, además de equipamiento de cocina completo.

El horario de check-in establecido es de 15 a 20hs.

Wonderful for a Couple, but No more than that.

The apartment, the location, and the service was impeccable. The amenities are great: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, beautiful balconies with great view of Bariloche and Lake Nahuel Huapi, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. I would give this location a solid 4/5 if it were advertised as a property for two (maybe 3 at a stretch), however it certainly was not adequate in terms of accommodating 4 people as advertised in the listing. One of our party had to make due on a painfully uncomfortable sofa, and the other on a trundle bed with a “mattress” a mere 10cm thick. If the sofa were replaced with a proper full or queen sized pullout sofa-bed, I think it would have solved this issue and given more credibility to the listing. But as it stands, it fell below expectations. But let me reiterate, that I would certainly come here again as a party of two (and no more) in the future.

Peor estafa de Bariloche

Le doy una estrella por lo amable de Marcelo. La persona encargada de recibirte, todo lo demás fue deprimente. Te venden fotos como de departamento que parece en Aspen y llegas y nada tiene que ver. Las fotos todas editadas. Sillones roídos, piso desgastado, baño viejo, la limpieza deja que desear. Peores anfitriones del mundo, no te dejan ni jabón de manos, ni que decir de shampoo ni nada más. En la cocina ni sal, ni aceite, nada; absolutamente nada. La peor renta en la que me he quedado en mi vida. Céntrico eso si, y existe la dirección; que a estas alturas ya es mucho después de la pésima experiencia.
