A good location, great staff, good breakfast and clean place

Hotel Cusco La Paccha, was truly one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. It was absolutely worth every penny, and our experience here is one of the reasons we already plan to return next year. The staff was top notch, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. What impressed me the most was how they helped us when my dad unexpectedly needed medical attention. The hotel staff was able to arrange for a doctor to come directly to the hotel to evaluate him. He needed oxygen and medication, and they helped coordinate everything for us. Of course, the medical services were an additional cost, but we found the cost incredibly affordable, especially considering the level of care and convenience provided. As a family traveling away from home, having that kind of support meant so much to us. They also offer luggage storage, which was extremely helpful while we traveled to other towns before returning to Cusco. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. For my family and me, our experience was simply amazing. I highly recommend Hotel Cusco La Paccha, and we will definitely be returning next year. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, hospitality, and for helping make our trip to Cusco so memorable. ❤️

The hotel offers a convenient location within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and respectful, which made the stay very pleasant. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast — it felt too simple and lacked variety, leaving limited options to choose from.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.
