It's a great hotel for the price near the airport. Clean, convenient and had good amenities like a pool and there's a restaurant available for dinner and breakfast. Room was modern, clean and had comfortable beds and was quiet. Excellent value in a strategic location

Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again

Excellent boutique hotel in a nice and trendy area of Santiago. This hotel is an Expedia VIP hotel. As an Expedia guest, the hotel gave me a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The customer service has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very boutiquie in a great area. The rooms are big and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is so good too! It s 5 stars for me!

Amazing small boutique hotel with period furnishing in quiet location . Plenty of nearby restaurants. Very helpful staff. Lovely little courtyard for coffee and relaxation. Breakfast included and proper coffee available almost 24/7. Excellent free wifi. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights after a 25-day tour of Peru and Chile prior to flying out from Santiago. The fantastic old colonial mansion has been refurbished, so the rooms are different sizes, the timber floors creak a bit but the service, style and good value make up for it, as well as the closeness to bars and restaurants. It's also a comfortable walk (20-30 minutes) to the central city area. All day tea, coffee and biscuits downstairs is a bonus. Rooms were spotless and warm, beds and pillows...

I can't praise the staff and this hotel enough. The staff were attentive from the start. Antar sat down with us to pour over a map and show us where to visit, suggesting places to eat and good walks in the area. The hotel is in a great location. It is newly built but has an old world charm with excellent attention to detail in the furnishings and fitout. Great hotel and great staff. Breakfast was good, and shuttle was great. What really stands out is the staff on reception especially, just faultless.
