The house is located about three km from the Maggiore and Mergozzo lakes, a few steps from the Val Grande National Park with the possibility of hiking and cycling. It has two cozy bedrooms and a large living room. Possibility to use a large sunny garden with a lot of quiet and tranquility, an ideal place to relax with a view of Lake Maggiore and the beautiful surrounding mountains. The apartment we rent is the one above ours where we live with independent access.

Wonderful spot on Lago Maggiore

Gianni and his wife were lovely hosts in this quiet respite of a location near Lago Maggiore. We had a short stay but hope to return soon. The apartment is spacious and very clean. You have everything you need but a car is suggested for getting groceries or visiting the nearby villages.

Dana and Gianni are both so kind and warm-hearted people and prepared everything so well! Thank you for creating a wonderful place to stay on our vacation! The garden was amazing, the flat was very clean and full of all the things you need to live and relax. We were also allowed to use the pool and cuddle the cute dogs and the cat. All in all a great stay! Big recommendation by heart!

Peaceful and friendly

The apartment is clean and spacious, at 6’3 I was worried that I would be constantly ducking to get about but it wasn’t like that at all. Gianni and Danna were both very friendly and their garden is extremely peaceful. The walk up to Monte Faie from the end of their road was spectacular and the cascade at rovegro is also worth a visit

Little Paradise

Beautiful location up the hill, calm and peaceful, lovely hosts, nature all around you. Very well equipped appartement, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious. The two parts of Verbania - Intra and Pallanza - are very close and have everything you might wish for: great beach, supermarkets, Cafés, amazing pasticcherias. And as a plus Verbania is not as touristic as other villages around the lake. Gianni and Dana were very helpful and sympathic, we felt really welcomed. Strongly recommended.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Gianna und Loredana. Die Wohnung sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Sie hat eine tolle Ausstattung, sodass man selbst kochen und in ihrem Garten, den man mitbenutzen darf, herrlich essen kann. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber trotzdem ist der nächste Supermarkt mit Auto nicht weit entfernt. Es war rundum alles perfekt.

De ontvangst door Dana en Gianni was erg hartelijk, we voelden ons gelijk thuis. het appartement was ruim en erg schoon. De inrichting was erg compleet. De tuin en het uitzicht is bijzonder mooi. Het is een plek om echt tot rust te komen. Het huis ligt erg centraal t.o.v. de 3 meren. In de buurt zijn erg mooie plekjes om te bezoeken. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Fabuleux !

Excellent accueil de Dana et Gianni, un couple adorable. Le jardin est magnifique et offre une belle vue sur les montagnes et on devine le lac à travers les arbres. La maison était ultra propre. Très calme. Elle est bien située pour découvrir les environs (voiture nécessaire). Il faut compter une dizaine de minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Verbania. Attention de passer par Santino et pas par la minuscule rue April V ;-). Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Grazie mille Dana et Gianni !

Der Garten - ein Traum!

Es waren uns rundum schöne Urlaubstage vergönnt, die wir mit Wanderungen in die reizvolle Umgebung aber auch mit Besichtigungen und Touren durch die malerischen Städtchen ausgefüllt haben. Am Ende jedes Ausflugs war das Entspannen im Garten unter Feigen- und anderen Obstbäumen immer ein weiterer Höhepunkt. Unsere Gastgeber zeigten sich jederzeit überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten im Juli einen ganz tollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Gianni und Loredana halfen direkt beim auspacken und waren auch sonst ganz tolle Gadtgeber. Die Wohnung war toll und der Garten fantastisch. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannte Zeit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Quartiers ist ideal zum See und in das Val Grande. Unsere Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind etwas hoch und man kann im Sitzen nicht rausschauen. In den Schlafräumen war es manchmal recht warm, auch die Ventilatoren haben da nicht geholfen. Glücklicherweise war es aber nicht dauern so heiß. Zum See mußten wir wegen der kleinen Gassen in Bieno Umwege fahren. Aber im Urlaub hat man Zeit, von daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Der Blick auf den See ist mittlerweile durch Bäume verdeckt. Das sollte in der Beschreibung geändert werden. Aber die Aussicht auf die Umgegend ist dennoch grandios. Wir werden sicher noch mal wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Lage zwischen Bergen und Seen

Lauredana und Gianni sind wundervolle Gastgeber, die uns sehr schöne Tipps für unsere Freizeitgestaltung geben haben. Wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ermöglicht es, in kürzester Zeit viele verschiedene Wanderziele zu erreichen, Bummeln zu gehen oder an den nahegelegenen Seen zu baden. Eine wunderschöne Auszeit - gerne wieder!

Große Wohnung mit wunderschönem Garten

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Lage auf dem Berg. Die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung ist über Santino ratsam, da die Straße von Bieno sehr steil und extrem schmal ist. Mit dem Auto waren Cannobio, Stresa und Mergozzo für Ausflüge gut erreichbar. In dem großen Garten haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten. Der Frühstückstisch mit Blick auf den See hat uns sehr gefallen. Empfehlenswert sind Wanderungen auf den Monte Faje, Mont‘Orfano und zum PianCavallone. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben gerne hilfreiche Ausflugstipps.

Wirklich toll

Alles war einfach nur toll. Angefangen mit den Gastgebern, sehr zuvorkommend, offen, sympathisch und Hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung einfach nur traumhaft und top ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft und wir haben uns nach unseren Unternehmungen wunderbar entspannen können. Die ganze Umgebung ist super, viele kleinere Städte in der Nähe, viel sehenswertes.
