"Facilities were comfortable, location was great, and the welcome/entry was outstanding. Host also gave us a great recommendations for other travel services. Only issue is that the wifi signal was very weak, and kept dropping. I brought up with the host, but did not get resolution. WiFi is very important for international travelers, as signal on home carriers is usually poor, so planning and email must be done in the evening. "

"Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania."

"Loud to say the least , street hustlers were aggressive about parking and argued with cars pulling in and out , if you drive I recommend using parking lot a couple of blocks down to avoid harassment , cost me $12 euros ( cash only ) for that ."
