"The breakfast was good and included, I apppreciate that. My room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. My water was very cold in the night and morning. When I told staff about the water they were upset with me. I didn't want anything my stay was quick. So, I didn't understand why they had attitude when I was just informing them I didn't have any warm water. They said that they knew about the issue and that the water heater doesn't reach to the farther rooms. So, I'm thinking if they're aware of this issue why are they booking people back there? The place was empty. Why did they place me in a room they know there's an unresolved issue and then get upset with me for informing them about this issue. My guess is that many people complain about having to shower in very cold water and they are impatient with everyone complaining about it."
