"We enjoyed our stay but there were quite a number of things wrong: 1. One chair was broken 2. When we got there, the bedroom fan was on high but we couldn't find the remote for a couple of days. We finally found it under the bed. 3. The outside light didn't work. 4. The instructions mentioned a small remote for the DVD but there was no DVD 5. The scissors were too dull to use. 6. The remote for the livingroom light didn't work."

"I suggest figuring out where the room is located from the beach, before you book your stay. It would have been perfect if we wouldn't have had our children with us, packing them back and forth was not fun. Thankfully the pool is not too far away. Overall, the stay was perfect. "Great location, beautiful ocean views, nice beach and amenities close. However, hotel was short staffed at the front desk and store onsite during our stay and wait times were very long for check in and also for little things like new room key, etc. I had to use the front desk 3 times in one day as My room Key lost its programming and I had to wait more than 25 mins for a replacement. Same when buying items at the store on site. "
