In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
