Holiday Villa 'Yucas 17' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

  • Note: There is construction next to the Yucas complex, so please be aware of loud noise, including hydraulic hammering, until the end of October, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. No work or noise on weekends or public holidays.



    Yucas Villa 17 is a 3-bedroom holiday home in El Salobre Golf Resort with a private pool, accommodating up to 6 guests. This comfortable and luxurious villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort. The property is newly built with a modern design, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.



    The villa offers air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. You will also find modern terrace furniture and a barbecue. Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to top-class golf facilities. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the gated community.



    Yucas Villa 17 includes private parking for your convenience. For stays longer than 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties and events are not allowed. The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pets are welcome for an additional nightly fee, maximum weight 3 kg. Pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee.

We were a family if 5 (2+3 kids)All in all a good Villa with pool.

Pros: Plenty of space Cons: Cheap Kitchenware sometimes unuseful like the pan or even the knives were almost unuseful.
